Refunds
The Rambox refund policy for monthly, yearly, lifetime and Enterprise plans, and how to ask for a refund.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and keep using Pro for the rest of the current monthly period. See Subscription cancellation.
Yearly subscriptions can get a full refund if we receive the request within the first 14 days after the yearly charge. After those 14 days, you may be eligible for a partial, prorated refund only if you can show that Rambox, or a feature included in your plan, doesn't work properly. In that case we will first try to solve the problem within the following 30 days.
Lifetime licenses are non-refundable unless you can show that Rambox, or a feature included in your plan, doesn't work properly. We will first try to solve the problem within the following 30 days.
Enterprise subscriptions are non-refundable. Organization owners can cancel their subscription at any time, and are only charged for the time their members have been part of the organization.

How do I ask for a refund?
There is no refund button in Rambox. Contact our support team instead:
- Open a ticket from console.rambox.app/support and choose Billing in What is it about?, or write to support@rambox.app. See Request support.
- Tell us the email of your Rambox account and why you are asking for the refund.
One of our agents will review your case and reply by email.
Don't dispute the charge with your bank
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback blocks your Rambox account, and you won't be able to use it anymore. Our support team can solve billing problems much faster.
What happens after a refund?
- When a payment is fully refunded, your Pro access ends and your account moves to the free Basic plan. Your workspaces are not deleted. See Where do my apps and workspaces go after changing to Basic?
- The money goes back to the payment method that was charged. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
