Rambox uses a third-party service (Stripe) to manage payments. If you aren't able to complete your payment (new subscription, renewal, or else) because of an error with your credit/debit card or the payment service responds with a generic error, we recommend being patient and trying again later. Problems like this could occur because the payment service is under maintenance process, because your payment method is temporarily disabled, or any other unexpected communication issue between services.
