At Rambox, we are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of our users' data. Data protection and privacy remain a top priority in our policies and we continue to enhance our processes and systems constantly, in order to guarantee a secure experience while utilizing Rambox.

We only collect certain personal information that you provide us with when registering to Rambox, such as first and last names, email addresses and location. Certain information, such as passwords, phone numbers, social media login data and security data, is collected by our third-party authentication provider (Google Identity Platform). Similarly, payment information is collected by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). All this information you disclose to us is processed and stored in Google’s servers (located in the United States), through Google Firebase. This “Backend As A Service” follows the highest security standards and processes, guaranteeing compliance with GDPR requirements and obligations. As regards the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance, we strictly follow the existing processes, policies and requirements outlined in such regulation about users' information, privacy and security, and how we handle users' information as well. We consider this aspect of paramount importance since we are aware that privacy is a major concern to users and us. 

While we do not currently hold a certification that specifically demonstrates our compliance with GDPR, we would like to let you know that we are actively working towards obtaining certification in the future.
