How do I know if I can apply for a refund?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and continue using your subscription features for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
Yearly members have the right to a full refund if we receive their request within the first 14 days since the yearly charge was effected. After 14 days from the subscription charge, yearly members may be eligible for a partial, prorated refund only if the user is able to demonstrate that our app or any feature included in their subscription does not work properly (but we believe that shouldn't happen!). Lifetime licenses are non-refundable unless the user is able to demonstrate that our app or any feature included in their subscription does not work properly (we're sure that there's a solution!). We will try to solve the possible problem in the following 30 days. Read more HERE.
Enterprise subscriptions are non-refundable. Enterprise account owners may cancel their subscription at any time and will only be charged for the corresponding price for the time that the total users have been enrolled in the organization. Read more HERE.
How do I apply for a refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, you can contact us at support@rambox.app and submit a ticket. One of our agents will gladly attend to your case and provide you with instructions if necessary.
How do I get my money back?
Whenever a refund is granted, we will remove access to your Pro plan and your money will be returned within the following 5 to 10 days to the same payment method that was last charged.
