If you would like to change your login email for your Rambox account, you must contact us by raising a ticket to our Rambox Support page.

We can change your current email to a new one and migrate your previous data (license, apps, and workspaces).

In order to complete the process, you should have created a new Rambox account with the new desired email, and log in to Rambox with that new account (This step is very important).

Also, bear in mind that your previous Rambox account will be deleted by default, unless you would like to keep it and let us know that we should not delete it.
