We use Freshdesk as our support platform. You can access it by clicking in that link or, from Rambox, by clicking on your profile picture at the bottom left. Then select "Support" or using the "F1" shortcut.

And it will add a new tab in the main tab bar.

Also, if you are not logged, you can access by clicking in the "Menu" -> "Help" then "Support".

In this platform, you can look for similar questions (perhaps already answered) or you can create a new ticket with your inquires. You need to be logged into Freshdesk platform in to submit a new ticket.
